Student Data Privacy – NY Education Law § 2-d Compliance:

We adhere to New York State Education Law § 2-d and all regulations adopted by the New York State Education Department (NYSED). This means:

  • Data will be retained only as long as required by contract or law, and will be securely destroyed when no longer needed.  

Parents’ Bill of Rights for Data Privacy and Security:

In accordance with New York Education Law § 2-d, parents have the following rights:


  1. A student’s Personally Identifiable Information (PII) will not be sold or released for commercial purposes.  
  2. Parents have the right to inspect and review the complete contents of their child’s education record.  
  3. Safeguards are in place to protect PII, including encryption, secure storage, and access controls.

Sharing Your Information:
